After you have ordered your product, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email that your order has been received and accepted. The order confirmation will state the products you ordered and their price. A binding sales agreement between the User and Fysisport Oy is reached when the User receives an order confirmation e-mail. 

Unless otherwise agreed by Fysisport Oy, payment must be received by prior to the acceptance of an order.

You may pay your purchases through the Finnish internet banking. Fysisport Oy reserves the right to reject any order in its sole discretion. The product price is the price displayed for the item on the Service at the time of ordering.

Products purchased from the Fysisport e-store have a 14 day return policy. Only products in original containers and in saleable condition, will be considered for return. If returning a product, the customer must ALWAYS FIRST contact Fysisport Oy customer service via e-mail info@fysisport.fi and notify of the return. The returned merchandise is to be returned by postal service (eg in the same package it was originally delivered in). The bank account number and the name of the account's holder must be included in the returned consignment. Fysisport Oy will refund the the purchase price and the postal fees due to returning the consignment to the assigned bank account in approximately 10 days time from the receipt of returned merchandise.    

We deliver to Finland, Estonia and Sweden at the moment. Also deliver to all European Union's member countries, but customers from other countries than Finland, Estonia and Sweden, please contact us info@fysisport.fi for order.

Delivery charges are additional to the product price. Deliveries are sent through the Finnish Post (Itella) and bigger orders through Matkahuolto. The delivery prices are fixed irrespective of the size of the delivery; the price will differ, however, depending on the delivery country as following:

Finland and the Åland islands                 5,95€ (Itella economy 16 -package, SmartPost)

Finland home delivery 10,95€ (Itella express flex/Business Day)

Estonia via SmartPost 8,95€ (SmartPost, MAX sixe 60x60x36cm/35 kg)

Sweden via Itella 10,95€ (B2C Consignment Parcel, MAX size 120x50x50cm/20 kg) 

Other Eu-countries and countries outside the EU, please contact us for further info.

We delivery bigger orders to Estonia and Sweden usually via Matkahuolto, please contact us for further info.

All the product prices and delivery charges are displayd in euros (EUR).

All the product prices and delivery charges include 23% VAT irrespective of the delivery destination.

International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties and fees required by their customs services, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; Fysisport Oy has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; the User should contact the respective local customs office for further information.

 

The products are delivered from the Kotka Finland within a couple days after the confirmation of the order. If the product is temporarily sold out, the service will mention that the product is not available. The final delivery time will depend on the destination and the schedules of the post.

Fysisport Oy shall not be liable for delays in performing or failure to perform according to this Agreement or failure to fulfil any obligations hereunder, which are directly attributable to causes beyond Fysisport Oy’s reasonable control (force majeur), including, but not limited to, acts of God, fires, strikes, labor disputes, war, acts or interventions by any governmental authority, failure of a common carrier, supplier, hardware, software, browser, or communications equipment, or network failure, congestion, or malfunction.

Fysisport Oy reserves the right to deliver different products ordered in the same time separately.

 

Fysisport takes responsibility over the loss and damage of the product that has occurred during the delivery. If the User notices that the package is damaged before opening it, please inform the party who delivered it. If the User has opened the package before seeing the damage, please inform Fysisport Oy’s customer service. When the User returns products that do not have any damage, please note that the User shall be responsible for the damage that may occur while the product is in sent back to Fysisport Oy.

The User has a fourteen-day (14) right to return or exchange a product according to Finnish consumer protection legislation. 

The customer has a right to return a product if the order has been cancelled according to the terms and conditions by notifying the customer service info@fysisport.fi within 14 days of delivery;

- The product has not been used

- The product is in the condition that the customer received it in and all the parts of the product are included in the package

- The product has been repackaged into its original package

The product must be returned as soon as possible after cancellation. If you wish to return the product, please contact Fysisport Oy’s customer service by email at info@fysisport.fi

When returning products the User will be responsible for the risk of damages but Fysisport Oy shall reimburse the costs that arise out of the delivery. Faulty goods or items damaged during delivery have to be reported to Fysisport Oy’s customer service as soon as possible after receiving the product. Fysisport Oy will strive to replace the faulty or damaged item, but if this is not possible, the customer will be reimbursed with the full amount of costs. The fault or the sustained damage must be documented by due process and with appropriate photographs. Fysisport Oy will not deliver a replacement before the fault or damage has been confirmed.

Please follow the instructions given by the Fysisport Oy's customer service when dealing with reclaim issues.

The price of the returned items will be refunded on the User’s credit card. The reimbursement will take place as soon as Fysisport Oy has received and inspected the returned item. This will result in a delay of some time before the refund is visible in bank records.

Fysisport Oy reserves the right to make changes to the Service, to policies, and this User Agreement at any time. This User Agreement will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Finland. Any contractual disputes are primarily settled through negotiations. Secondarily disputes are settled at the Kotka District Court in Finland.

9. Product Prices
The product price is the price displayed for the item on the Service at the time of ordering.
 
Delivery charges are additional to the product price. Deliveries are sent through the Finnish Post (Itella). If the delivery includes many different products, which have various delivery times, the deliveries will be combined into one shipment and it will be sent when all the products are ready for delivery.

10. Delivery
The delivery time of the products will depend on each product. The delivery time will depend on the availability of the product and the shipping destination. The products are shipped from the factory within a week after the confirmation of the order. If the product is temporarily sold out, the service will mention that the product is not available. The final delivery time will depend on the shipping destination and the shipping schedules of the post.

When ordering you need to be aware of customs risks associated with certain types of knives as you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. This is why it is important to be aware of the knife laws of your country or province. We will do everything we can to make sure your item reaches you, but Marttiini is not responsible for orders delayed, seized or refused by your customs service. This is a responsibility and risk you agree to when you order.
Marttiini will not falsify package contents or value on customs forms. Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents by product type.
If the User notices that the package is damaged before opening it, please inform the party who delivered it. If the User has opened the package before seeing the damage, please inform Marttiini’s customer service. When the User returns products that do not have any damage, please note that the User shall be responsible for the damage that may occur while the product is in sent back to Marttiini.
11. Cancellation and Returns
The User has a fourteen-day (14) right to return or exchange a product according to Finnish consumer protection legislation. Specially engraved knives can only be returned if the graving has been performed erroneously.
The customer has a right to return a product if:
-          The order has been cancelled according to the terms and conditions by notifying the customer service shop@marttiini.fi within 14 days of delivery;
-          The product has not been used,
-          The product is in the condition that the customer received it in and all the parts of the product are included in the package and
-          The product has been repackaged into its original package.

12. Warranties
A three (3) year limited warranty against manufacturing defects is offered on all standard furniture (materials and construction). Normal attrition and collateral damage is not covered by the warranty.

13. Changes to the Service and this Agreement

14. Jurisdiction and Dispute Settlement
This User Agreement will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Finland. Any contractual disputes are primarily settled through negotiations. Secondarily disputes are settled at the Rovaniemi District Court in Finland.
